The short version. Answer the challenges with wit, take responsibility for what you publish, and do not use BLAB. to hurt anyone. What you write stays yours; you only give us permission to show it inside the App.
1. The agreement
BLAB. is operated by BeatLabs FZE LLC, registered in Ajman Media City, United Arab Emirates. By using the App you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and the community guidelines you can read in Settings. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.
2. Your account
You need an account, created with Sign in with Apple or with Google, and it gives you a unique @name. You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law where you live requires it. Keep your account to yourself: you are responsible for what is published from it.
3. What you publish
Your content stays yours. By publishing it you grant BeatLabs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce and display it inside the App and on the public page of a post you choose to share, for as long as you keep it published. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already shared by others and for backups that roll over within 30 days.
You are responsible for what you publish, and you confirm that you have the right to publish it. A post can be edited within 15 minutes and deleted at any time; deleting a post also deletes its conversation.
4. What is not allowed
- Harassment, hate, threats, or publishing anyone's personal data.
- Illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
- Spam, or self-promotion disguised as an answer.
- Impersonating other people or brands.
- Trying to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or scraping it automatically.
Roast the work, never the person. The full guidelines are in the App, in Settings.
5. Moderation
We can remove content that breaks these terms or the guidelines, and we can suspend or close accounts that keep doing it. You can report any post or comment, and block any author, by pressing and holding it. Images are checked on your own device before they are uploaded, and sensitive ones are not published.
6. BLAB. Pro
BLAB. Pro is an optional purchase made through Apple, which unlocks video posts and the PRO badge. Prices, billing, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple under the terms of your App Store account; manage or cancel it in your Apple subscription settings. We can change what Pro includes, telling you first.
7. Availability
The App is offered "as is" and "as available", without warranties. We do our best to keep it running, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change or discontinue features. To the extent the law allows, BeatLabs is not liable for indirect or incidental damage, or for content published by other users. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be waived.
8. Ending it
You can leave whenever you want: Settings → Delete account removes your account and your content permanently. We can suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you inside the App before it takes effect; continuing to use the App means you accept the new version.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without affecting the consumer protections you enjoy in the country where you live.
